The Role: 

As a Part-time Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be integral to our outreach, helping to illuminate our unique position in the mental health field. Your efforts will amplify our innovative therapies, our commitment to diversity and inclusion, and our dedication to professional education and research. Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team, you’ll craft compelling content that showcases our center’s contributions to mental health, our supportive work culture, and our community engagement initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage a content calendar that showcases our innovative therapies, research initiatives, and community impact. 

Audience Engagement: Engage with our diverse audience across digital platforms, fostering an inclusive, supportive online community. 

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize performance metrics to refine our marketing strategies, enhancing our reach and impact. 

Local SEO Optimization: Ensure our cutting-edge services and research are easily discoverable by those in need. 

Website management: Oversee updates to our websites, reflecting our commitment to accessibility, innovation, and community support. 

Graphic Design: Provide graphic design support for needed marketing material 

Relationship-Based Marketing: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, community partners, and local organizations, reflecting our inclusive, supportive ethos. 

What We’re Looking For: 

A passion for mental health advocacy and creating positive change, with a particular interest in innovative, science-based therapies and research. 

Marketing expertise, preferably with experience in mental health and healthcare.  

Strong communication skills and storytelling ability. 

Proficiency in social media, content creation tools, and website design. 

Analytical skills to inform strategy adjustments. 

A collaborative spirit and independent work ethic. 

Sensitivity to the unique aspects of marketing for a mental health organization, including issues around client confidentiality and the general non-business culture of the field.  

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
