At Portland Psychotherapy, we believe high-quality, research-backed mental health care should be available to everyone in our community, not only those who can pay out of pocket. That’s why we’re proud to accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), and we’re currently accepting new OHP clients.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply a hard stretch of life, you’ll work with a therapist who uses proven, evidence-based approaches, in person at our N Williams Avenue offices or by secure telehealth anywhere in Oregon.
Which OHP plans do we accept?
We’re in-network with:
- OHP Open Card (Fee-for-Service)
- Trillium
Not sure which plan you have? It’s listed on your OHP member ID card. If you’re unsure, call us at (503) 281-4852 and we’ll help you check.
What’s covered, and what to expect
For most OHP members, outpatient individual therapy is a fully covered benefit, with no copay. You’ll be matched with a therapist trained in evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based care, and together you’ll focus on what matters most to you.
We support OHP clients with a wide range of concerns, including:
Every therapist here is trained to provide LGBTQ-affirming care and to work in ways that are responsive to each client’s background, in keeping with our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist practice.
In person or by telehealth
Meet with your therapist in person at our offices in N/NE Portland, or by secure video telehealth from anywhere in Oregon — whichever fits your life best.
