Jenna Flowers, M.S.

Everybody, at some point, needs someone to help them see.

In life we can often find ourselves feeling stuck in our circumstances, and lose sight of what is meaningful to us. Being stuck can look like depression, anxiety, or stress within your life. This feeling of being stuck can prevent you from connecting with those around you and can even result in feeling disconnected from yourself. My goal is to be someone who can walk with you no matter where you want to go.

Being stuck can also bring people to cast harsh judgments upon themselves. These judgments can become pervasive, criticizing every action you take, and can prevent you from engaging in the things that you enjoy most. Together we can identify these criticisms, self-defeating thoughts, and related emotions while working to develop a stance of self-compassion and kindness towards yourself.

I integrate science-based interventions with your therapy goals and personal characteristics to create an individualized treatment. I tend to guide those who see me towards an acceptance approach to their difficult experiences and generally help those who struggle with depression, anxiety, and difficult life transitions.
